The Rubber Board, India, informs that all applications for licences as well as returns have to be filed online through the Board’s website and the print out, along with supporting documents, has to be sent by post. Rubber cess and licence fee can also be remitted online.
Paper licences have been discontinued and the applicants have to download the digital licences after approval. The genuineness of those digital certificates can be verified online using the Unique Certificate Number (UCN) and barcode provided.
Licence holders who are yet to complete the one-time user registration process may complete it at the earliest in order to apply for and download licences or for filing returns, the Board says in a Press release.
